They're kind, helpful, have amazing customer service, and comparing their prices to other tobacconists nearby they're almost always the most affordable option. When I first stepped in and I knew nothing about cigars they helped me finding the perfect smoke without trying to upsell me. And now that I know more of the flavor profile that I'm looking for, they've never suggested a cigar I didn't love.”
