I have been going to the Y for quite some time and every time I have been it has been a flawless experience. The staff are friendly, and the trainers are very helpful and informal. Would totally recommend!

Does not allow outside YMCA members without a fee of $10. Not even if you are from a Massachusetts YMCA.

Have you tried the new cafe at the Y? Aquila is in that spot now ~ they are amazing ! Coffee, smoothies, latte's & espresso drinks, açaí bowls, oatmeal bowls, fresh homemade bagels... fresh pressed juices, healthy snacks... the list goes on! They are so easy to get to during the day for a healthy pick-me-up ~ they also offer Uber Eats delivery. My favorite smoothie is the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and the loaded Oatmeal Bowl with drizzled peanut butter is outstanding!! Definitely consider popping in and giving them a try! Aquila is an extension of the coffee shop/gift shop also located on the Aquinnah Cliffs!! Great locally roasted coffee at both locations!!

I LOVE THE Y! I've been a regular since it opened and have enjoyed classes, laps in the pool, after school program and childcare while I work out. The staff and trainers are all so professional and amazing at what they do. Margarita's classes are my favorite! We are truly lucky to have the YMCA on Martha's Vineyard!

If you are visiting Martha's Vineyard, and you are member of YMCA. You should go because It's great place get your workout on. Just make sure you get there early because the gym Facilities are really small.

Enjoyed the water aerobics. Unfortunately I had a bad fall in the dressing room that caused a concussion I will continue to go every summer. Most people very friendly.

Amazing place with wonderful staff. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The only caveat is outside of the control of staff and management. The main issue is predicated upon a lack of mask requirements during the delta surge. This is not something that the folks who work there have authorization to control, so it’s not an issue generated by them. Rather, it reflects an issue with the larger corporation itself. Would still 10/10 recommend (unless immune compromised).

It is a good place to do your workout but don’t leave your belongings in to the wooden cabinets up stairs cause you can be robbed. Someone stole my AirPod charging case last Tuesday night (6pm-8pm), so far the admin didn’t do nothing to try to get my thing back or even let me see the surveillance cameras. Really disappointed and frustrated !!!

No sauna. No basketball courts. No affiliation with other YMCAs (means out of state Y members pay to use). For a facility in such an upscale area, it’s lacking compared to most YMCAs I’ve been to.

The place is spic and span. Very clean. Lovely staff and my morning start with greeting the lady at the front.
