Place is a joke!! Over charging for their services and terminate service for over ten year being a customer ( getting screwed) and they want to charge over 200 bucks to get their rental tank off my property? Stay away from these people

Tank was removed and then I got a bill for two deliveries that did not happen last November plus $300 to remove the tank and $100+ for a service charge to remove the tank, neither of which am I going to pay. Fees fees fees. That's hwy I have stopped being a customer after 20+/- years.

As a potential customer thinking of switching to propane heat, I would be required to pay $195 to find out if my driveway is possibly too steep for their trucks to drive up? Say what? All they would need to do is drive by, look up at the house, and give me a yes or no answer. I do not need a "sight survey." What a rip-off. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Your price is way higher than other companies - over $2.50 per gallon more. It is not easy to get to speak to a representative and when you can, the person is not even in this state.

After 30 plus years of being a loyal customer, I'm being grossly overcharged by a company that Iused to trust. I'm told if I want a fair deal, I'll need to wait until the summer to ask to join your "fair price" program.

The delivery person comes, delivers and leaves and barely makes a peep! He leaves the bill in the door and we barely know he has come and gone. My only problem is that we get fuel assistance but we keep getting bills that say we are Past Due! I don’t like that as I have always paid all my bills on time, my whole life. Never ever past due notices. Thank you. Jo

Service is excellent and the delivery drivers are always pleasant. Been with AmeriGas for 7 years now and no plans on changing!

The driver was very nice and knowledgeable. He was very professional.I wish Amerigas still had service people in our area. Most propane companies won't do service unless you are THEIR customers. It's hard to find someone with a gas fitters license to do repairs that isn't associated with a propane company.

Needed to switch providers fairly quickly, customer service was great and had everything lined up as soon as possible. Even called back later that night to make sure we got everything covered.
