This place sold me a lemon April 2024 and made me paid for the cat. Converter when they knew it needed to be replaced 2 weeks after buying it. I paid $6500 for the hunk of junk and ive put atheist $3000 in repairs since and now my mechanic cant fix it and I have to junk it. Do not buy vehicles from here they are all lemons

The drivers for this company seem to think that tow truck drivers have the same authority as the police. They Will ride your tail until they have the chance to pass you even in a double yellow. Almost caused a 3 car accident trying to pass someone in a double yellow. Real professional..

I only gave this business 1 star because I couldn't choose 0 stars. This business is a piece of shi* just like the old man that runs it. The guy looks like he is in his mid 100s and still unfortunately kicking. He is rude, arrogant, and like I said before a straight up piece of shi*.I took my vehicle there to get it inspected. The guy actually scraped off my local town dump sticker from the window just to prove how much of a miserable a**hat he is. Very professional if you ask me. I tried to settle his absurdly loud, incorrectly trained dogs and he yelled at me to "face away from the dogs". If you are thinking of using this business for anything, you should use this guys doorstep as your toilet...that's about it. I will be heading in tomorrow to give this shi* bag a piece of my mind and I can't wait. Never use this business for anything. The quicker this guy is out of business and kicks the bucket...the better. Oh and speedie oil change in Athol/Orange sucks a**too. Don't use them either. See ya tomorrow Jim!

My car broke down last night at 1am on the side of the highway. of course as a young black woman in a town where I don’t know anyone and I’m an hour away from home, I was extremely frightened and worried. Jim’s auto came quickly, helped to tow my car, and took me to a place to stay for the night. They made me feel very safe and they are so so friendly. I think the price was fair for them helping to get my car running again.
