Worst [lack of] service on a vehicle that I have ever encountered. They charged me for work they never did. The very next day my vehicle had a catastrophic failure. They then refused to reimburse me for that work they didn’t do. They tried to blame it on an employee who no longer works there.If you like giving your money to corporations that steal from widows and screw them over, then go right ahead and do business with these people.

owner contacted me to come back and he would fix issues i had from pulling wives credit 8 times without her authorization to giving me a great deal well i went back he toyed with me lied to me gave me less for vehicle pulled my credit total 16 times i am now getting lawyer for what he did to wives credit owner kelvin

Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland and saved 20% off msrp. Thank you Matt. No pressure and our needs were carefully listened to. Highly recommend. Edit: (Originally 5 stars) A week and a half after the purchase and I still don't have my registration and quite a few of excuses. Never in my life did it take more than 2 days to get a registration transferred! Finally received my registration 14 days after the sale. Registry gives you 7 days to register. Another edit: (was 2 stars) Was told at sale we would get an additional $2,000 off for an affiliate discount, after careful examination of the bill of sale we found they only gave us a $200 rebate! Check your bill of sales people, I am really wondering if this was the best choice of dealerships. Final rating is -10 stars.

I recently bought my third vehicle from Kelvin. Simply put, I keep returning because it offers the best experience in the area. Dealing with a dealership or salespeople that try to "sell" me or employ ridiculous ruses to "place you in a car today" is not something I want to do. I want to enter, inspect the vehicle, operate it, and then leave without any interruptions. We set up a time to meet again to sign the papers if I decide I want to purchase the vehicle. I finish that process in 15 minutes and leave. Simpler than easy!

The experience of working with Kelvin was wonderful. Kelvin is incredibly patient, I never felt rushed to make a choice, and most importantly, he is a professional who is well-versed in the auto industry. My Jeep took roughly six weeks to purchase. The nicest thing was that Kelvin kept in touch with me the entire time, which made the purchasing process much more pleasant. If you are considering purchasing a new or used car, I urge you to speak with Kelvin.

If I could rate zero stars I absolutely would. I would ride a unicycle to work than go through this company to get any vehicle. They offer low trade ins, have no good customer service, and apparently if you get approved they will not call you back so that’s a plus!! If you actually want to get a car DON’T go through this dealership.

I recently had recall work done on my Ram. The service department took great care of my vehicle. Dave G who serviced the vehicle took the time to explain each repair. The only evidence of work being done was that the truck was cleaner inside than how I left it.

If I could give this people 0 stars I would. I traveled an hour and fifteen minutes to this dealership in orange and after speaking with Victor over the phone he said come down he got you pre-approved they just started ignoring my calls and when they answered the phone it was a game of "we call you back" until I just couldn't take it anymore and that's when this guy name Jeff answered the phone and said with a very rude tone we got nothing for you go somewhere else... mind you that was on Tuesday 11/1/2022 got my answer sat. 11/5/2022 if someone is looking to buy a car from a serious dealership just look elsewhere this people are a joke.

We bought a brand new 2017 dodge Journey from this dealership back in 2017 possibly under different ownership. Every single time we have brought it in to be serviced from then up to now it has been returned to us with an entirely different issue. Our latest adventure was no different. We brought it in to have the CV axles replaced as the front left CV axle was on its way out (clicking on full left turn). When we got the Journey back from service it was violently shaking so of course we brought it back. We were told that the parts were defective and told to drive it as is and a couple days later they replaced them AGAIN (they had to order new parts)... And again it was shaking. We brought it back to them again, only this time they replaced one CV and told us again that it was fixed. You guessed it the Journey still shakes, be it not as bad with only one bad CV that they now refuse to replace under warranty and claim that now the Journey has lower transmission issues with no diagnostic work done and no dash light to reflex as such. Needless to say we are trading the Journey in at a different Dodge dealership in the near future and as far as Sonia's goes... I'll use their parts department for odds and ends but service is a waste of time and will rip you off any chance they get. This experience is one of many horrible encounters with this service department. They have even gone as far as to steal the remote start unit out of my Commander during a "ignition recall" (I can't prove that they took it but the unit was under the dash when I brought it in for the recall and it worked before the recall. The remote start unit was gone after the recall and the remote start no longer works) 2+2=4... It didn't climb out of my truck by itself. Needless to say, stay clear of this place.
