2 people behind the counter helping 1 customer. I waited. Finally made eye contact and asked if I needed help. Yes I can't find valve cleaner. His response aisle 6. Yes, I was in aisle 6 I can't find it. Crickets!! No joke I'm trying to help my husband who is blind. I told him that and still crickets. I'll order online from now on. Thanks for the great customer service!

Really nice employees the manager took the heavy battery from my car and when I went back to get the new one the gentleman brought it back in my car that was so nice service thank you

I had never been to O'Reilly before yesterday, but I am thoroughly impressed. I stopped in to get my battery checked after a jump start. They were fairly busy, but I only waited a few minutes before a friendly gentleman waited on me, then checked my battery. I needed a new one, of course! My fault. He was able to show me my battery choices with accurate pricing without delay and long story short, I paid, my new battery was installed, and I was back on the road in about 15 minutes. I regret not getting the gentleman's name, but he was courteous, friendly, able, and efficient. A combination we don't often see in the world these days. I also found the price to be more than fair. They did not charge for the installation, and I paid a lot more for a battery at a local garage over six years ago! Again, thoroughly impressed and also grateful for the treatment I received.

Went in for windshield wipers because the last ones I got from Advanced Auto Parts weren't the right fit and they flew off on the highway. A young lady helped me and was super sweet and informative. Knew exactly what she was doing! Definitely recommend ?

Generally an excellent place to get parts. Sometimes on older vehicles (20 + years), the younger staff can have issues identifying what you need. Thankfully there are old guys around. Also some items I expect to find aren't carried. Friendly, always seeking to be helpful and they usually have what I am looking for.
