Several bays are available for gasoline and a couple separate bays for diesel. It has a convenience store where cash can be prepaid for gas. You can point out the window to show which bay or read the number.

Less than one star. Worst Shell station I've been too. Pump crawls at one cent of gas every 10 seconds then clicks off. The blonde girl clerk says they put in new filters so that's just how it is. Whole time there is this women standing there maskless chatting this clerk up. Probably why she didn't want to do anything I was "bothering" them. They should shut down if the pumps don't work and also because they can't follow state guidelines. I will be reporting this clerk.

Your gas pump software takes 3 times as long as the Sunoco station across the street from card swipe to pump turning on. I find Shell to be slower in general everywhere, that being said. Might want to request an upgrade from Shell, as you're also losing my other retail business when I go across the street.

Great place to gas if you are travelling towards UMass Amherst . It's right on the main road . Has a big parking space . With a Dunkin inside .it's my favourite pit spot staff is really very friendly and helpful . One can't miss it from the main road.

This Shell has a great location with easy in and out. Prices are fair and the store seems organized and fairly clean.

The bathrooms are constantly disgusting. Locks and fixtures constantly broken, people banging on the door or walking in on you. They're single-person but look like multi-person from the door, so people will keep trying to open the door while you're going to the bathroom, or just pound on the door despite the occupant yelling over the too-loud music that it's occupied. Since everything is always broken, I have been walked in on several times due to broken locks, despite me putting the trash can in front of the door to try to keep it closed. One time the lock was off the door, the soap dispenser was just laying on the floor, and people kept opening the door on me. This time the lock was janky, there was pee all over the toilet, and the toilet paper dispenser was entirely broken. Even reaching my arm into it, I could barely get anything out. I hate this place. It would benefit from a "vacant" or "occupied" style lock and a lot of cleaning.

They have highway prices, but at least they don't have gas station TV.
