Standing here waiting in line with a TON of people. Only two people at the desk here and the lady said there is usually only one person here on Saturdays. She went through the line and took the people that showed up 20 minutes after us because “she only has limited access in the system.” How are they only staffing ONE person who can handle a phone replacement!? Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t bother coming here except that it’s the only one conveniently near me. Id give it zero stars if I could.Update: They also have no customer bathroom and we’ve been here for almost 2 hours…

I’m not normally one who writes reviews but STAY AWAY! Nothing but problems with the service & phone customer service. You’ll have nothing but problems for years on even after you discontinue your services!

My request at the store was to exchange an older, non working modem with a new one. Which was performed well enough. I was also sent a tech in no time to replace wires that were not working. He was quick and professional. However, in putting everything back together, I was told my router was no longer working, which is the exact opposite of Spectrum's initial findings.I needed a router to research a new router or to find out how to fix my router's connection, so I was offered a Spectrum router, with an additional monthly fee, which I accepted. I was dismayed to discover that Spectrum no longer carries a list of compatible routers online nor would a phone customer service representative help me with this query. It seems slimy to me that Spectrum stopped providing this good faith information because it forces those who know little about setting up one's internet to lease a Spectrum router.The router Spectrum supplied did not offer 2.4 GHz, which anyone who has smart gadgets knows, is necessary to make the gadgets work. As well, it didn't have the range that I was quoted and I was unable to use the internet in some areas of the house. When I spoke with a customer service rep about the Spectrum router, his advice to hook into 2.4 GHz was simplistic, but it didn't work for me. When I mentioned the wifi range he became rude and belligerent.Since this was my first time experiencing all these changes, it took a while to figure out that I needed to hard reset my router. In the end, I was back in business. I have returned the Spectrum router. I can now get both 5 and 2.4 GHz with my original router, there are no dead zones in my house, and I have new wires and a new modem. Plus, I am only out the price of a month of renting a Spectrum router.One last thing: after getting my router hooked up and working, it took about a week until I was able to return Spectrum's router back to Spectrum. I was asked a bunch of questions about the return, which I answered. However, upon returning home, I didn't have internet access. It was my router. Those pieces of schist at Spectrum reset things again. Fortunately, I knew I was able to do another factory reset. I have had no issues since then.Spectrum truly is slime.

Very helpful, very kind and easy going employees who really do make sure to try and save thier customers money. I have been in three times and everytime I walk out with a cheaper bill or a saving somewhere.Just switched my phone service over and have 0 complaints so far for the quality of service/internet. I'll update if that changes!

Run! Signed up for a new cellphone and here we are a month later and it still doesn't work. I have been into the store 6 times and haven't gotten any help. They keep blaming tech support and telling me I need to wait. They said they do not have any managers that can help. Got attitude from the front desk worker when I told another customer to run when they asked about the cell service. Asked her why I wouldn't speak up when she hasn't been able to fix my phone and she said she only cares about sales and not the phones actually working after im going to cancel everything I have with charter. Run if you are considering them. Went to your website and still haven't gotten help. Spoke to three front desk employees throughout the week as well. No help.

The store was very busy and understaffed; like everywhere, unfortunately. I was in line behind 5 other customers, which was inconvenient, but he was working alone. Moreover, he was kind, informative, calm, efficient and did not make you feel rushed.

Buyer beware! Wicked expensive. $220 for 2 boxes. And zero customer service. None. Zero. The cost was just jacked up $20 with no warning and I was told my promotion ended. What promotion? Like a landlord telling you your promotional rate has ended and I'm increasing your rent now. This promotion was kept a secret from me...

They say they can't honor your several years long subscription when you move and you'll have a $40 increase for "faster internet". It's actually slower by my testing. Just overall quite a dissatisfied customer, but they still beat crummy Comcast, so I guess there's that. They claim the account is tied to the house and not the human...Fine whatever.

Kate was lovely; went above & beyond to help solve a mobile issue that shouldn't have happened--and by rights she could have just said 'sorry, we can't help'. She was on the phone chasing down answers for longer than we had any right to expect and Spectrum should be proud to have her. Docking 1 star simply because of the poor info we received from another rep but she earned 5 stars hands-down.

Terrible customer service at Orange, MA office. Rude, argumentative. Service is Extremely overpriced, 80 year old customers bill has doubled. Connection is slower than advertised. Find a different alternative this company does not deserve your money.
