I mean, wow. I'm so sad that Workers did me like this. I made a 400$ payment on my auto loan online, it for some reason went to my savings account instead of my auto loan, which put it into repossession. So now of course I have to cough up the remaining balance in full :( and right before Christmas. I don't know if this happens to other people too, they put your payment in a different account and then repossess your car. I feel like this never would have happened had my 400$ payment went to my auto loan instead of my savings, not sure how that even happens, either way I feel helpless and on top of that I am now broke for at least the next 4 weeks of my life. Super, super dissatisfied and disappointed. Also the lot they had it brought to damaged my vehicle in their lot, so check your car when you pick it up if it's in Northampton! I got the pleasure of watching them tow a car right into mine! Thanks Workers!

Since the computer "update" in the beginning of October, it's been a nightmare.The ATMs hardly ever work.The 1st time I used one after they reopened..... it froze with my account info showing on the screen. I couldn't leave, customer service argued with me about putting me thru directly to the branch I was at. I had to squeeze out & leave my car at the ATM & go in. Not easy when you have physical limitations.It's still hit or miss every time I go wether I can use the ATM or not.So Frustrating but, please remember the workers are members are too! They have had to deal with the same issues as us. They also have many many angry customers to deal with every day.

This is the worst loan I've ever had with any Bank by far. A dealership told me to use them..and yes it's nice you guys approved it however I'm stuck paying $10 extra a month unless I open an account with them.They suggest I download the app and there's supposed ways to pay through there however after multiple phone calls Nobody can help me get into the account. It honestly feels like a big scam just to force people to pay extra $10 a month if they don't do their primary banking with you. Far from impressed with the useless ladies answering the phone literally telling me to try other numbers and extensions because they supposedly can't transfer or help. So not impressed nor happy.

Horrible bank since they switched to automated. Horrible customer service. I have no problem with automated tellers, but the one's at WCU are awful. I went to deposit $500, the machine kept me waiting for 10 to 20 minutes with no way to get my card or money back and there is no number to call and no assistance after the branch is closed, which was open when I started the transaction. The machine finally gave me my card back and a receipt that said there was a technical error and my deposit could not be returned. Customer service was very unhelpful and said there was no record of the transaction. Also, the ATM still appeared to be functioning after rather than going off line. This is beyond technical difficulties. It's border line criminal. I suspect I will get my money back, but I am not looking forward to the process.

I hate the new ITM machines! No service whatsoever. I can not get help over the phone, or in person at the Orange Workers Credit Union. I have been with them for 22 years, and now I need to find a new bank.

This is the worst, and by far least-communicative bank I have ever dealt with. I've found it nearly impossible to get a response from these people - assuming that people are, in fact, still working there. The management of this place seems to have no clue whatsoever how to run a bank. It appears they're attempting to automate, WAY before they're ready to. I'd recommend staying well away from WCU.

Went for a loan and was approved but they were very unhelpful andUnwilling to help me out with loan. I went to DCU and got great service and a loan and bank account same day

I went in to update info on my account. Haven't used my checking acount in a year and half. I walk in and everything is automated. Not one teller in the room. I'm not a fan of this. I turned right around walked right out. I'll get another bank account somewhere else.

I've always had great experience with workers however, the new tellerless system is awful. 100% of the time I end up needing assistance. I'm 33 and am tech savvy enough to understand what to do. I couldn't imagine the frustration of older or less computer literate individuals are having. 0 stars and I'm considering moving my accounts

I have called my bank twice in the last 4 days to resolve an issue with a charge. I was on hokd for over 10 minutes before i spoke with a represenrative. When i finally was able to speak to someone she put me on hold for another 15 minutes then we were disconnscted. When i called back same scenario. No resolution. On the second day i called and was on hold for 4 minutes before a rep came on...not bad. I told her the issue, again on hold for 6 minutes then dusconnected..

nearly impossible to make an appointment. Their website stinks, it is not user-friendly try to put money in the bank and they don't even want it. if I knew then what I know now I would've never started an account there. what's up with this world ??? Going to Hell in a handbasket real fast in my opinion. Time to start my own bank. if anybody needs a place to put their money just contact me, I'll take care of it for you probably a lot better than them.

Best bank ever. I have been a member for over 20 years. Never had any problems. Will be a member for another 20 years. Friends tell me horror stories about there banks and I tell them to try workers credit union. Best bank ever. Thanks.
