“I was referred to Leonard Automotive by a friend. I have recently relocated to the area. Previously, I had only had service at the dealership where the vehicle was purchased.
Matt explained what he thought might be going on and gave a reasonable timeframe for an assessment.
Within a few hours of having looked at the vehicle, he was able to clearly explain what next steps needed to be taken. In addition to that, he was also willing to look at an estimate that someone else I know had received, which seemed excessive.
I am so impressed with the straightforward interactions I have had. I'm sure everyone has had a negative experience with car repairs. This is not one of those places. Matt is knowledgeable, patient, honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.”
