Matt explained what he thought might be going on and gave a reasonable timeframe for an assessment.
Within a few hours of having looked at the vehicle, he was able to clearly explain what next steps needed to be taken. In addition to that, he was also willing to look at an estimate that someone else I know had received, which seemed excessive.
I am so impressed with the straightforward interactions I have had. I'm sure everyone has had a negative experience with car repairs. This is not one of those places. Matt is knowledgeable, patient, honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.”

“A big gust of wind caught my drivers side door as I opened it and sprung the door so it was about an inch and a half lower at the latch than it should be to close properly. He took a special tool and bent the door back on the spot. All fixed in a matter of minutes. No charge. Amazing customer service.”
