The worst banking experience in 50 years. Un-helpful, discourteous, and even approaching nasty. Melissa should be in the mail room.

Customer service at this branch is almost nonexistent. They don’t answer the phone and appointments are difficult to set up.

I moved to the area recently and wanted to set up an account, I was told I needed to make an appointment. That was fine, I was offered the next Friday which I told them was perfect since I had to drop my car off for service a few hundred yards away that same time. I dropped the car early and walked over and when I told them I was there for my scheduled time there was confusion, finally the manager indicated it was the next Monday. It wasn't, they were wrong and made no attempt to accommodate me. Less than one hour later I walked out of TD Bank with a new checking and savings account it was how a service oriented company works BOA was how not to do it.

bank of AMERICA is the worst bank I have ever had an experience with.

bank of AMERICA is the worst bank I have ever had an experience with. Customer service is poor, at best. Waiting times are unusually long. Policies are ridiculous and archaic. Case in point: Five BOA employees milling about the bank with only one teller. Ten minutes later I am finally helped and the simple task of cashing a check was completed. Case in point: Tellers, not bank officials, are constantly helping non-English speaking J1 visa students, therefore slowing down the line even more. I am not knocking the students, it is not their fault! Case in point: Although I have an account, I was denied the simple act of depositing CASH into my daughters account. She was in a jam and needed immediate funds, I even had her account number. These three situation occurred this week at the Orleans MA branch! This is the norm, not just isolated events! Solution: Do not deal with a huge corporation like BofA at all costs Deal with local banks who actually really care and give back to the community!

Big corporate attitude, meaning no personal service or attention, even though I'm a "preferred rewards customer." Needed assistance with an unique stock transfer, and in the scheduled meeting, the customer rep. offered no help and his attitude was abrupt. Went around the corner to a "local" bank and was greeted warmly and they eagerly solved the situation.

Ron Donnelly and Jeffrey Hall were the two men who barely even tried to help me. Did not have a solution to their bank's problem and gave me the bums rush so that they could carry on with their day. I am cancelling my accounts at Bank of America as soon as I can thanks to these two pieces of artistry. I would not recommend this bank.

Just wanted to give Myra a shout-out for helping my husband and I deposit what seemed like a million checks and helping us merge our accounts after we got married! She was wonderful and so was the rest of the staff. Thank you!
