“Super helpful. First purchased new tubes. Then on my return noticed that my rack lost a screw. The owner gave me a new one in a heartbeat with the free advice- check the rack every year!”

“Love the selection of bikes to accessories. Crazy nice and helpful staff. Ended up having them assemble a high-end custom Trek Project One. Highly recommend Idle Times for bikes to rentals.”

“We've been coming to Brewster for 9 years. We love the bike path. Brewster Cycle has helped us out of jams a few times. Very friendly and professional. Tyler has been extremely helpful to me this trip. I bought a Cypress 2 from him and he patiently worked with me on the adjustments until it was perfect for me. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.”

“Great location, great bikes and great service. We wanted to rent bikes and a pet trailer. They didn’t have a pet trailer left at that location but Philip offered to get one from their Yarmouth location and gave us a call when it arrived. Friendly and helpful staff and the bikes are in great condition.”
