I had my first manicure appointment at Fancy Nails in Orleans, MA yesterday. Mary did an awesome job! She took her time and did them exactly the way I wanted them. All the technicians were friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back :)

Starting off, I asked for French tips which I usually get at other salons and I am used to the process. Mary was the one who did my nails for almost the whole time. %99 of the time I was there, she was drilling down and filing my nails. My left ring finger nail was so crooked and it didn't look like it was done very well. Some of the gel polish on my nails is messed up and one has what looks to be a small hair on it. Towards the end of my appointment another nail tech came to help finish my nails. I do not know her name but she was a young woman who was giving me a bad attitude. In the middle of my service Mary got up and talked to other customers for a few minutes. My cuticles and fingers had a lot of extra product and it looked like she could have cleaned it better. Please don't go to this place and go somewhere where they will give you a proper nail service.

I had a pedicure and it was great. This is a quiet shop that is never too busy because its location is hidden in a small shopping center. The owners are very hardworking, the shop is clean and they have all the equipment needed for fancy and basic nails. One employee, Jamie, is particularly good.

Lots of choices in orleans but this is the place I return to for friendly family service. I'm a pedicure only person and their chairs, as well as massage and color selection are great.

Worst experience getting my nails done. Got dip with tips. So thick and was told it was because of the tips. Had them cut down but didn’t have time to have them taken off and fixed, had already been there 2 hours and was not happy with my nails. Had polish on my skin. He cut my cuticle. I could have done them better. Not sure the gentleman even knew what he was doing when he put a gel clear coat on dip at the end. Which has started to peel off. Thank god they don’t charge me. I will never go back again and need to have them redone.

I've been Here twice as of yesterday, both times I've had a pleasant experience. The place is clean and they aren't rushing you away like other salons, they take their time and do such an amazing job. Both times I got gel pedicure and dip nails. This time my 3yr old Daughter came with me and they were nice, gave her a pillow for her back. Treated her kindly while painting her fingers and toes. Highly recommend.

I’m not sure why the reviews here aren’t higher. I came in to have a gel manicure removed and received exceptional service. My natural nails (with a complimentary coat of nail strengthener) look better than they did after the gel manicure I got while visiting family in New Jersey). I believe this team is knowledgeable and truly care about your nails. I will definitely be back!Service: Manicure

My mom and I came in during our vacation for gel pedicures. For reference, to take off gel, the machines can help when the actual mani you already have is hard to take off and acetone would take too long.. this does NOT damage your nails . We had an amazing experience, everyone was so nice and professional, everything was super clean. They know what they're doing, don't let other negative reviews tell you otherwise! I've been doing gel, dip, acrylic, European manicures, you name it. Get your nails done here!

Jessica and Kay.were wonderful ! the service that i had was a gel pedicure and manicure . The OPI selection was not up-to-date, but I found a wonderful color . The nails we're perfectly done .
