Did nothing except collect their fee and interrupt our stay with unannounced inspections and maintenance that they refused to reschedule. Horrible rental agency. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY.

We have been renting houses for our family 2 week summer vacation using Old Cape Sotheby's services for 7 years. They have always been very professional and helpful. We have recommended them toseveral friends who have also been complimentary.
