“To balance and be fair, every time I’ve come here it’s been a helpful and positive experience. Yes it can sometimes be a long wait times but it’s twice as bad at the mall location in Hyannis and twice the drive. When I did get my turn it was always great service and never pushy and very personable and punctual about what your needs are. Just went in today last minute to pick up my gateway and couldn’t have been nicer on a Friday with 15 minutes left on the clock. Was in and out in 10 minutes and they were as accommodating as can be.”
