Plentiful servings. My bf couldn't even finish the mussels there were so many. My Reuben sandwich was full of meat absolutely delicious.A little cramped inside.

We had fried oysters. They were very good, but not the best we've had.

Ordered nachos and they were on the better end of the spectrum because the cheese was layered. I thought by asking for jalapenos and salsa that they'd be mixed in but they were on the side which made eating a bit more difficult. My brother got an old fashioned which came full of ice....which is wrong.

Quintessential Cape Cod restaurant with all the coziness and decor associated with Cape dining. An established spot with great chowder and chili, my favorites here.

Fish and chips were great. A bit pricey I thought (but I’m not from around here ) but had to try them. Well worth the stop!

Food was perfect. Ordered chowder, fried class, and fried oysters. Cosy casual pub feel.

Did not allow my 5 month old baby into the restaurant because she was in a compact stroller. Waitress was pretty rude.

Love the space, but eating there is another matter. Could be I had a higher expectation of a dish like 'clam pie'. The clams were MIA, and it was like having the stuffing in a stuff & bake.

We have been coming to this place for many years. We don't exactly live nearby, so it has been a while since we last decided to come to this restaurant. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our latest visit. Most of our complaint centered around the service. When I inquired as to what the portion size was for instants on an appetizer of potato skins, I was led to believe that was very small. Instead, it came overloaded on a plate. It wasn't cooked well done like I had asked for. If I had known it was going to be that size I would not have ordered The appetizer plus a meal. Food was lackluster. The restaurant used to be fairly busy and it was basically empty. My guess is that others feel that experience has fallen off of where it used to be. To be honest, I could get better quality food cooked the way I wanted it at Cooke's down the street Maybe it would've been a little less in terms of ambience but the food would've been better quality and more to my liking. I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon unfortunately.

Open year round so that is convenient for visitors to the cape during the off seasons. Standard New England establishment serving fried seafood fare and American bar food. Nothing noteworthy but everything is fine. The kale soup is a go to and the cod seems appropriate for geographical reasons. Specials each week for those seeking change of offerings. Solid cape cod establishment for American comfort food.

Visiting relatives on the cape we revisited one of our favorites. Josh, John and Emma were almost as amazing as the food. My husband had New England clam chowder and I had a BLT. Both were fabulous.Parking: We got a spot right away but it was off season so maybe on season it would be difficult.
