“Melany and Colton were so kind and helping me fix a set up issue I had on a new phone. I just bought that was stuck in SOS mode. They went out of their way above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Thank you both!! 🙏🏼❤”

“Hayley provided wonderful customer service. She explained the options to replace my failing android phone, and prepared the new phone including migration of all important data from the old phone. This has been the best experience I have had purchasing a cell phone.”

“I had gone to the verizon store in Hyannis and had a bad experience. The employee was dismissive and unwilling to help. He said it was an Apple issue and sent me on my way. Not helpful or friendly. Then i went to the East Harwich store and the guy there was awesome . Explained the problem and fixed it. Was very friendly and helpful. That was not my first experience there. I have been many times. All good. Should never have tried the Hyannis store I am an 81 year old woman and not tech savvy. I truly appreciate their service”

“Anthony is the real deal MVP! Give him all of the raises, all of the promotions, and all of the love! My very elderly friend took a long trip to have his phone replaced, and Anthony went exceptionally above and beyond, not only with his customer service, but his overall kindness and professionalism were incredible. Thank you, Anthony!”
