“I would like to give a 5-star review to Brian for excellent customer service. I recently purchased two wooden benches and he was very helpful in loading them and explaining how I could teak them. The Agway store at that time was outrageously busy, yet he was not flustered - was pleasant and kind. I mentioned how much I liked the store and he told me it has wonderful owners which was very nice to hear.”

“I go to Chatham Agway quite a lot (local gardener) and let me tell you the staff there is unbelievable!! They are ALWAYS willing to help and go the EXTRA mile sometimes even two!! Today I went in because my hand pruners were getting stuck. So I was looking for wd40. Unfortunately they did not have any but the man at the front cash register (I feel horrible I don't know his name by now!) went out back and got wd40 from the shop and sprayed it on my pruners and I was good to go. I could go on and on about how great the crew is!”
