  I don't know what I did to this lady, but she cut my hair like she was mad at me! It was painful, it's uneven, at one point she was pulling on my collar so hard I felt like she was trying to choke me! I was planning on getting my son's hair cut too, but would never put him through that.

  ProCuts in Orleans is perfect for me. I especially appreciate that an appointments aren't needed. Wait time has never been bad and I like the haircuts I've had and the people involved.

  Walk ins only. I cut my hair on impulse so I was glad they had an immediate spot for me. Hairdresser was very friendly, had been with the company for 23 years and knew what to do with my hair. It's a week since the cut and my hair, with its natural curls,falls where it's suppose to and looks really good.

  Ok they’re nice clean. BUT…I’m bummed. I never get the women who are supposed to be good at cutting a Bob ( I have a pixie bob ). The first two times I got the older guy with some silver he wasn’t horrible for $20 I got what I expected it was even and it was nice. But still not exactly what I wanted but I didn’t care it was ok
  
  Then I went back last week spent money to get there. Told the girl I didn’t mind waiting (it was very crowded) I said I have an hr I don’t mind waiting, but do you have someone who’s REALLY good at a Bob? “She said yea of course”! So I killed time for 45 mins to an hr and got a diff new guy? What’s hard is when they don’t speak perfect English? He spoke fine and I understood him but I’m not sure if he understood me? Apparently NOT ? I said I want something called a pixie bob most stylists know what that is. But it’s the same cut I currently have I told him but I need a tiny bit more than a trim off as my hair grows fast and I was a month late and the last affordable cuts place in Dennis I told him this,..left me literally uneven!! I told him same haircut but thinner in the back thinned out slightly tapered. With sharp sharp angles in the front. I showed him four of my own fav cut pics and and one model. He had NO CLUE
  
  I KNEW I was in trouble when he literally traced the outline of my cut with his scissors!! He didn’t lift it up and cut it like every other person I’ve had!?? He traced the line like a BOWL cut!! ? is it nice? Ehh but I can see one of my earrings peek out on one side and not the other =it’s still uneven from the last cheap place! Due to him not styling but tracing..following the lines connecting the dots. Ugh
  
  I’m not the type who can say anything to someone! I left him ten bucks! I had to catch my cab. He was nice he cares but he couldn’t cut a woman’s hair style. I wanted one of the two ladies everyone Told me about??
  but they say you can’t ask for them and even though I have a specific style I never get them?
  So I tell them I need a trim but it’s a Bob!? And I told them this one is already slightly uneven from my last cheap cuts place ? . My hair is extra short! It’s not that hard IF you know what you’re doing! 15 min cut.
  
  I’m not rich I’m on a limited budget and recovering post cancer and starting my life over here. Haircuts at a NICE salon in the Berkshires where I was living recently? 40$ and worth it! Here? A “decent”normal place is $100 or more and sorry but I have very short hair! So I can’t justify that! Idw blow outs or washes etc just a good cut/style and sadly there’s no middle of the road stylists here?
  
  This is a good place for a dude for sure !
  But, Not a woman who’s particular or needs a style a bit more than a trim I wouldn’t risk it! Super bummed

  Nancy gave the worst haircut ever, I had a pic, but she did what she wanted. When I disliked the cut she was abusive and combative. She works in Orleans Procuts. I'm 73 and usually easy going, but will reach out to owner for further action.
