Been to quest 3 times and the fax that my doctor's office sent and the resends two more times, they could not find. These were two different quest offices, one in Orleans and one in Harwich. I'm very frustrating going to Fontaine.

I just had my 3rd time experience having blood tests here over a 2 year period. I'm giving this place 5 stars for the amazing performance by one employee who not only managed patient intake, (which alone should be a full time job for a single employee), but she was also able to draw bloodfor many patients in a crowded waiting room.However I would give upper management a very different raing, (1Star, maybe) for the obvious lack of sufficient staff.

Me and many others had appointments on Saturday 12/3. For some reason they were not open even though they should been based on their hours and many people had appointment. We received no notice that our appointments were cancelled. I have a fear of needles so going to do blood work is a big deal for me. It was COMPLETELY unprofessional to not notify anyone.

I've been coming here for yearly blood work for over a decade and have always found it to be very clean, friendly, and the staff always well-trained and professional. It's also very easy to get to with lots of parking. The check-in process is very easy and I rarely have any wait time. I don't know if an appointment is required but the past few times I have utilized the online appt system (often just booking an appt the day before I want to go) and it has been very easy. I highly recommend this business!

Worst customer service ever. Need to make an appt in advance and half the people who showed up with appointments were turned away at the door saying they didn't have appointments. Don't even bother if you don't have an appointment and my recommendation is to go to a Cape cod healthcare lab instead.

The blood drawers have always been kind and done a good job, but they're always trying to get me to pay $10. when it is entirely covered by my insurance. They owe me $10. 'cause I fell for their scam once, but I'm letting it go. They tried again when I went the other day, saying I owe $10., but I simply said "I don't think that's correct" and just like that, the issue was dropped; she didn't say anything else about it.

I was not at Quest for blood work. I was picking up a container for a test. Andrea is unprofessional in her behavior. I found her rude and angry.She must understand that we are the patients and she is the employee of Quest Diagnostics. Her manner must exemplify that of a excellent health care worker. If Andrea finds that impossible then she should look for another type of job. I will never go into that facility again.

I stopped going there because the person drawing blood was rude. She complained about everything and I was flabbergasted at the attune. I go to Fontaine. Very professional and decent

Very competent at drawing blood, but Andrea was incredibly rude. I got chastised because I didn't hear/understand her initial instructions to come forward and she really didn't like having to repeat herself. This location is convenient for me but I will never use it again.

I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to since there are some really bad reviews of this lab. My experience was as pleasant as having blood drawn could be - Andrea was great and also pretty funny, to add. As long as you make an appointment, it’s pretty straight forward and if you don’t make an appointment, and they don’t have time to see you, that’s on you.

Two quest labs in one day with terrible service, and no one to help. In an effort to reduce labor costs quest has replaced front desk staff with kiosks. There is no one to help you to determine if lab orders are in the system until after you have waited for 40-60 minutes. Then you are called by the phlebotomist who has to enter your insurance and check for lab orders and perform the testing. If there is no order it's on you to call the doctor and track it down and then get back in line. Truly awful.

Absolutely the Worst Experience I have ever had in any Medical Facility...I went for a pre employment screening, The woman was more concerned about taking her lunch than doing job.Very unprofessional, demeaning ,rude ,condescending .I got there at 1050 am and was told she couldn’t start because if I could not produce a specimen immediately she could not start the procedure because her lunch was at noon .It got worse...

Aweful employees!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!! I have used Quest over 25 times, maybe 3 of those times I was treated with respect. The employees are rude and act as if doing there job is a chore and beneath them. DO NOT USE QUEST!!! C-LABS IS BETTER, more professionalism and you aren't treated like a criminal.

No receptionist...just a lab. No one answers the phone! VM only!
