I am happy to meet Kevin, when I go to the store he tells me what’s on sale and clearance. that saves me a lot of time. It makes shopping at Walgreens fun. Kevin helps me to save a lot of money at Walgreens.

I found Kevin to be most helpful in finding the right deal to be had at beneficial times. Thanks ?

I don’t use the pharmacy here so I can’t comment on that, but every time I go in to buy a few things, there’s a nice man at the counter who is so personable, polite, helpful and friendly.

Kevin is the best. So upbeat and kind. I love when I go in and he’s working.

Had a ridiculous experience trying to get adjustment for purchase made 2 minutes earlier. Was assaulted by Jameel as the "manager" stood by. I had phone in my hand and he very forcefully smacked down my hand holding the camera down onto the countertop. He proceeded to call us "ignorant old white women". He came out from behind counter, followed us yelling and cursing outside of the store. We are gonna post this and his photo all over social media. Stay away from Orleans Walgreens.

Terrible pharmacy service. What pharmacy closes because they don't have a pharmacist! Lines are long and only one person checking out.

Pharmacy techs get busy and cannot always fill the prescriptions as quickly as they'd like, which is perfectly understandable. However, their customer service here is awful.Just went to pick up a script that was called in this morning. It wasn't ready when I arrived - no big deal. But the way the techs berated each other and blatantly ignored me as they each tried to blame the other was entirely unprofessional.Hate getting my script filled here. The techs need to be retrained!

So, I had a terrible experience with the actual pharmacy at this store 2 days ago, but that's not what this pertains to. Today I got an EXTREMELY bad sunburn. After putting aloe with lidocaine on, I found that I was still in DESPERATE need of something for pain, as well as an anti-inflammatory. I arrived at the store at 9:57, they close at 10, but they were closed, and counting their drawers. Now, even though they shouldn't have been closed, they certainly didn't need to re-open the store for me, but they did. People reading this: This is how we are supposed to act towards each other. And, that is what a pharmacy is supposed to be there for. It just needs said that, again, even though they technically shouldn't have been closed in the first place, we need to look out for each other, loke these peopledidfor me in my timeof need. I can't express my thanks enough to the 2 women working there tonight. THANK YOU, and GOD BLESS YOU and YOUR FAMILIES!!! ?

I have been going to this location for prescriptions since moving to Orleans in 1989. It was great when it was Brooks and, then Rite Aid, but has plummeted in quality of service since it became a Walgreens. The pharmacy situation is awful - hours are 10-6 M-F and NO HOURS at all on Saturdays and Sundays. With my work schedule I am going to need to change my pharmacy.

I was treated with such disrespect by the cashier at the front of the store. Her name was CHRISTINE. When I later called and tried to complain to her manager, she told me she was the manager and hung the phone up on me. After reaching out to the Walgreens corporate office. I later found out she is not in fact a manager. I feel completely violated, discriminated and just shocked at the sheer rudeness she treated me with. I will not let this encounter go unnoticed and I feel others should be warned before innocently encountering this awful cashier!

The cashier at the front (Walgreens, Orleans, Mass.) gave false information about N95 masks. After stating that this store didn't have any N95 masks, he also said quite smugly that CVS didn't have them either. This was incorrect, as I was able to pick up N95 masks at the CVS down the road from this Walgreens. This man can be described as tall and unkempt, and certainly unprofessional.

Wife learned she had tested positive for Strep. Medication called into Walgreens. Called the number and no human interaction. Went through the menu and told that the prescription was in the que. Checked the website and found that the store closed at 8:00PM. Drove there to see if I could.pick up her medication only to find out that the pharmacy closed at 6:00 PM. Which is on a sign at the entrance, but not on the website. Also the Pharmacy is closed on weekends. We had previously noted that the Pharmacy seemed incredibly slow to fill simple prescriptions, but assumed it was all part of COVID. I'm now convinced that they don't have a clue and will take my business elsewhere.

Scheduled a vacination with Walgreens. Date and time confirmed by them and they sent me a reminder the day before. Arrive just before my 9:00 am appointment, but pharmacy is closed and doesn't open until 10:00. Pharmacist is there filling prescriptions but will not administer my vaccine even though a have a confirmed appointment. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of my time! So much for valuing their customers. I rescheduled my vaccine with CVS, where I should have gone in the first place.

I'm used to friendly competent service from my local Walgreens in Maryland. This one in Orleans has a nice but untrained cashier in the Pharmacy and an unpleasant and very unhelpful pharmacist. When the cashier was trying to look up my prescriptions and needed help the pharmacist complained about the skills of the cashier and refused to help. The pharmacist told me to look it up myself went back to whatever she was doing that was more important than helping a customer.
