Not staffed enough to do simple things like plug a tire. Also want the tire off the car to plug it. I guess that’s ok if you can drive on three tires or already changed it out for the spare. I’d find another place for any quick service needs.

Don’t get your inspections here. The older fella who does them takes no care with your vehicle and is quite rude in general. I would imagine their service is the same. Never again.

I've been going to Bill's for several years and have always had great service on my cars and in person. They don't give you what you don't need and don't charge a million dollars for an oil change. The mechanics are professional and the young lady that works there is very friendly. I will keep returning to have my car serviced.

Went in for an inspection. I was missing some documentation and as opposed to telling me what I needed to do, the staff yelled at me for not having it and refused to engage or answer any questions. The other spot in town came through with helpful service and guidance. Never going here again.

Avoid this business! A wonderful alternative and highly recommended is Route 134 Auto Care in Dennis! Bill's Sunoco staff are not only aggressively rude they are unprofessional and there is absolutely zero customer service here. Not only did I see two staff members aggressively confronting paying customers they also confronted passengers in vehicles on this public street. No clear signage for where, to queue up for vehicle inspections so when I asked the inspection person he pointed to a barely legible whiteboard sign propped up on a bech ACROSS the street from the gas station ! Instead of answering my simple question of where to wait he said "we've been doing it this way for 30 years" as if I should have known this as a NEW customer.... Based on his mumbled response I parked directly across the small street and waited. The inspector proceeded to help a customer who arrived after me, and when I asked him why he was not taking me he acted as if he didn't see me/my car and after proceeding to take another customer who arrived after me he closed the garage door snd put out the "out for lunch" sign! These guys are just the worst!

Great place to get your vehicle inspected. It’s old Cape Cod, you either dig it or you don’t. 10/10 service in my humble opinion.

It was my first time visiting this service station. I parked my car where I assumed I was supposed to next to a long line of parked cars and started to walk into the office to ask a question about service. I was immediately yelled at to “move my car or they’d back into it and damage it.” He then proceeded to back a car up aggressively toward mine. Rude and disrespectful mechanics. I suggest everyone take their business elsewhere.

Awesome service and decent attitude towards this customer at a time during Covid when I've been experiencing rude customer service employee behavior nearly everywhere else on cape cod.
