While shopping for beauty supplies, an employee walking by assumed I had opened a bottle of lotion. I explained it was already opened, when she sarcastically replied "Sure, alright". This interaction was rude and made my family and I feel uncomfortable. I found what I needed, but felt extremely disappointed with the customer service.

I love the TJ Maxx in Orleans; for me, it has the best products. However, there was a situation with an employee while I was trying on a pair of shoes, which were expensive. I understand your policy, but after I got up from the bench where I was trying on the shoes, the employee took the shoe box from my hand and said she was going to put it away. I found her behavior very rude because I don't think that's the right way to handle it. These are my thoughts based on this visit.

It's one of my favorite stores to buy clothes. You can get some great clothing it might have a messed up stitch but getting a $80.00 shirt for $20.00 is worth it. The only downfall is that it's hit or miss. Plus they have a little bit of everything.
