Great selection of items and convenient. One star for the wretched woman at the counter, who for two consecutive days, could not have been less friendly or helpful. Please take a job stocking in the back if you can't show just a modicum of courtesy to customers.

Great new store location with just about everything you need. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices, however, are an outrage even for the Cape. Many items are 50% or higher than local competing stores, including the Ace Hardware in Harwich. I also try to support local merchants and expect to pay more on the lower Cape, but this is over the top.

Went in to repair a split pipe and cartridge on an outdoor shower and the staff was dead on in telling me what i needed...I thought I knew what I needed but they steered me in a less stressful,more efficient direction with the repair. This is why places like ACE will differentiate themselves from large box stores . Real people that know their stuff, know the areas that they work and that are patient with the customer in giving solid advice.
