Our rental went smoothly. We were glad to pick up and drop off our trailer in Orleans, Ma. This made our rental much easier than it would have if we had to drive to Hyannis!

Rented a trailer from this location in late July. Robin was extremely helpful in getting me an actual trailer lined up, whereas the uhaul website/central office can neither guarantee the size or location of what you reserve on the day you pickup. She coordinated the booking over the phone for us and even hooked up the trailer at the pickup spot! Overall, this was a very good experience and the price was not exorbitant.

How can you be a U-haul service but not allow someone to rent a van to move to Marlborough? Went in this morning three men were working but were too busy discussing what they would be eating for lunch to help. Five minutes into standing there waiting they finally have the time to ask ME what I NEED. Hyannis u-haul is better.
