“Quick and easy. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Kiosk was super easy to use and had clear instructions. Loved the little scan tray. My phlebotomist was friendly, and my blood draw was fast and clean. You have the option to wait in your car instead of the waiting room (great option for high-risk or ill patients). Lastly, thought it was really nice that the tv in the waiting room plays a helpful video about the nuances of insurance and what all the terms mean.”
