We checked in online, to reserve our spot. I got a haircut, along with my son & daughter. The hairdressers made sure that we all got exactly what we asked for. The woman cutting my daughter's hair, was very attentive. She took her time, & engaged with my daughter, throughout the entire process. We were all very happy, with their service.

Unfortunately the young girl that cut my hair had no idea how to do men’s hair cuts and was kinda rude leaving here going to get another haircut to fix the mess.

I checked in online 1 week before Christmas. Although I was later then intended I was still taken in when I got there. I called & spoke to Jen first as I have mobility & other issues and she was wonderful & extremely accommodating . She came out to help me get my walker out of my car and helped me in the shop as well. My hair was so long from not being able to get it cut or washed as I’ve been ill & Jen helped me with all of it. What a truly kind, generous human being. Not one complaint and also Jack (hairdresser who has also cut my hair in the past) came in at the last Minute to help out as well. Higher end salons have never treated me so well and this was truly appreciated. I’ll not be going any where else unless I need something they can’t do. Thank you at Oxford Ma crossing for your sensitivity & caring.

Normally GREAT haircuts for my husband and 11-year-old son. However, the haircut my son received yesterday was so awful that my husband had to try to fix it last night so that he could go to school. I'll be bringing him to another barber today after school.

Get appointment right away usually. All haircutters have been lovely, kind, and relatable. Men's prices keep steadily raising which is questionable since nothing changed.

I brought my 19 month old son in to get his haircut today. Kristin is the one who cut his hair. She did an AMAZING job on him! It was super hard to keep him still for her to cut his hair but she still did such a great job! I am so happy with how his hair turned out that I will definitely be going back next time as well & will be requesting Kristin to do it! I highly recommend seeing Kristin!?

Got my 4 year old son’s hair cut here today and the staff is phenomenal! He was nervous and the lady sat on the ground with him and let him use the buzzers and get comfortable with it. She went above and beyond we will definitely be back!
