WOW!!! This place is a prime example of how business should operate. Not only the lovely lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful but the owner came out to greet me and offered me a tour of his workshop. After I saw his projects and how clean and organized his work space was I immediately knew I found the right place. I'm going to recommend GSS Technology to all my friends and family.

Chris has been fixing my mistakes with knowledge and speed, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I haven't had to bring it back for the same issue once. Once it is repaired it is repaired properly. The pricing is great! Thanks Chris I appreciate your work!

I brought my laptop to them on April 25th, they gave me the timeline of it being done by that weekend. I specified i wanted it restored to the way it was, same screen if the back was removed to save my stickers if possible. I was told that was 100% doable. First they didnt notice that the back cover was broken and needed to be replaced, so it took even longer than expected. Then to be given back to me with a aftermarket screen that i didnt ask for, i wanted the original oem, not a cheap dupe. After having to order two more screens, they gave it back to me unfinished. The screen was popping out, the screws were missing in the bottom, the rubber to prevent it from sliding wasnt resecured. Then after they fixed that, they didn't get a screen that had magnets in it, so the laptop wont fully close. The owner told me to bring the old cover back and they could take the magnets out of that piece. Then the associate told me they couldnt do that. I work with this laptop every day, and there were some days i had to take time off from work and go out and buy attachments for my phone just so i could do my job. I wasted so many trips going to this place all to leave unsatisfied with no accommodation and rude emails from the owner because i was expressing i wasnt happy with the process, and the result. They were trying to blame me for needing it back for work and saying that the laptop usually stays there, also claiming that they never had it during my work day. When i first gave them my laptop they had it for several days, i had a timeframe that i could leave it there for that weekend, but after they continually gave it back without it being done properly, i had to use it for work. As well as when i went to pick it up, i asked what i needed to pay, and was told, "nothing we just want you to be happy", come to find out that he didnt know i meant total bill, and thought i was asking about additional pricing. So i was told i didnt have to pay anything, and then I was still billed for the original estimate i was given before it was done improperly. I am extremely disappointed and i do not recommend this place. I went there because everywhere else told me they would have had to send it out for a week, at this point that would have been the easier option.

The guy was very nice and polite and professional, however, I want other customers to be aware: the service cost for a repair was estimated at far higher than other competitors. At first it seemed reasonable at 400 dollars, since he said the replacement part was expensive. After shopping around, I saw that Samsung themselves, the OEM supplier, provides the screen for around 240 dollars.I'd rather let Samsung, the OEM manufacturer, take care of my repairs for cheaper, than pay a massive premium (160 dollars for a half hour of work) here. Your choice if you ask him to do it, but just know it'll probably be expensive.
