I’ve been a customer for many years and through many moves. I’ve always been very happy with the spaces, the cleanliness, the easy access, and the security. Storage unit was clean and safe. Dealing with making payments was painless and easy. When no longer needed, ending my storage unit, was the easiest thing ever. Nothing was damaged for any reason the whole time I used it. Including furniture, clothing and paperwork. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately we had a problem with communication, they had planned work on the day we planned to move our items and we were not informed, fortunately they had a person working that day that was understanding and went above and beyond what she had to do to accommodate our situation. We were very fortunate to have met up with Brenda and she helped us out of the bad situation.

This was super easy. Did everything online. My unit was ready within minutes of me confirming. Had hand carts right in the front lobby. My unit was clean and even had a lock with keys waiting for me inside the unit. Lady at the front counter was very helpful as well. Couldn't be happier.

We’ve been using Extra space for about 2 years and needed a smaller unit. The process was so easy and everyone’s so nice here!! Definitely a great place to go for a storage unit.
