DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!Ive been searching for a new/used Toyota Tacoma. Found a beautiful Tacoma online on there lot. contacted the dealer and let them know I would be out to look at this one particular truck. They were well aware that I was driving a little over an hour and a half to come see this truck! Now keep in mind according to cargurus this vehicle has been on there lot for at least 30+ days so servicing should of been done by now. I was working with both Zach and Kayla when I got there I went in and inquired about said vehicle. Zach sat me down and was more interested in my trade in and what I had even before showing me the truck. While we were talking I witnessed Kayla sneak out the side door and go to where the truck was get in the truck and drive it in one of the bays of the garage. We went out and I told Zach before we get any further I would like to actually see the truck and see if I even liked it. He told me it was up in the front so I got in my car to go and see said vehicle. To come to find out that they supposedly brought it in for "maintenance " and it was up on the lift at the moment and I wasn't even able to see it. I had every intention on purchasing this truck if it ran smooth was mechanically sound etc... The fact that they knew I was coming far away from them to legit purchase and then when I got there pulled these slime ball car sales tactics is absolutely ridiculous!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this lying car dealership!!! These are the types of dealerships that give all car dealerships a bad name!! I'm absolutely disgusted in how everything went down later after I left I called the sales manager to get an explanation of what happened. when he called back he had left a voicemail saying he had a good explanation of it so I called him back left another voicemail on his phone because I guess he's never in the office or just doesn't want to deal with people to which it's been 3 days and still no call back! The dealership is horrible from the top to the bottom Don't even waste your time!!!!!

Went for an inspection sticker. Good service, not particularly fast but they were very busy at the time.

Steer clear of this dealership!! Their customer service is a joke, and the sales MANAGER (Jacob) has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. He (Jacob) actually said to me "I have work to do and I'm going to go do it" this was after I called twice wanting to speak with him, and surprise NO CALL BACK. I had to go there and thats when he (Jacob) had to face me. My brand new 2023 truck that I had for 2 days has been in their service department for 20 days, with no communication to me of what is being done or tests being performed. Bertera even said to me "we gave you a free loaner" FREE?!?! I GAVE YOU 45000 DOLLARS for this "FREE" loaner!! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. You Bertera have lost a customer for life. I have contacted chevy corporate to get anything done.

So, I thought these people were heros, but I went there and it turns out they are all zeros. Transmission blew. They said it will be $8700. I went to Demores in palmer to get a price from there. They said it would be $6790. I informed Chevy. And Chevy acted like I was the president of the United States and cut the price down to $5700. BUT, It still ended up being $7200 due to needing extras to fix it and labor . They also said i needed my oil pan replaced because of a oil leak, quoted that at $1300 After having chevy fix my transmission . I checked in town at Harveys Auto. Harveys said they could fix my oil pan leak for under a $100 it was only a plate and 2 bolts that were bad! I had them fix my AC system too for under $300! Chevy is a scam. I wish I could give 0 stars to Chevy.

Jacob, The General Sales Manager made it extremely quick and painless dealing with the sale of my vehicle! Start to finish, the process was clearly explained, prompt, and provided exceptional customer service! Bertera is the best auto group around, but Bertera Chevrolet is superior! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

I was contacted by Matt from Bertera Chevy. He saw my vehicle for sale on Cargurus. I told him the asking price that was posted on Cargurus is what I wanted for the vehicle. He said no problem but we must see it and drive it. He said that they would pay it off and give me the difference. I said fine. I called the next day to make sure he was there and he was. I took my 40min trip and waited for him for 20 mins. He came to me and I gave him my paper work etc.. Another 20mins go by and he comes back to me and says your car looks great and I have some good news. RIGHT then and there I knew something was up. He gave me there price and it was $5000 less in what was posted. I was so insulted that they wasted my time. This Tool just lied in front of my face. MIND YOU, some of there cars are selling close to $10,000 over MSRP. BY THE WAY, they sent me a message last night asking me how was my experience? Being sarcastic, I said "Don't worry it was outstanding "He writes back "That's Great, love to hear more.

One of the most unprofessional, dishonest, misleading interactions I’ve ever experienced with a “business”. If you value your time and money, I URGE you to take your business elsewhere and save yourself the disappointment and disrespect you will receive if you give this dump your time.

They took the time to work with us and base on Drake Bucknam level of service and attention my daughter's likes and financial needs, we are doing business with Bertera.

Don't waste your time with these lying opportunists. Right now they are running ads online and in local newspapers showing their in stock $55,000 2022 Chevy Silverados, but if you go in and inquire and show them the ad you will get this response "That is just the MSRP. The truck is actually $64,000" Just go somewhere else. Nobody likes liars. Not the kind of local business we should be supporting. Bait-and-Switch is illegal in Massachusetts. I wonder what the Attorney General's Office would think of this? Maura Healey?

Paid good money for my truck. I had a few things that needed to get fixed. They failed fixing it. Had water leaks. They lied to me several times about fixing it until they finally decided to seal things up. Have a clunk in the front end. They tell me it's normal. Turns out it's the transfer case. They ran me out of warranty so I'm stuck eating the cost. I would never recommend them.

If I could give less than one star I would . (Total Incompetence) custom ordered new truck with accessories. Asked salesperson everything was included, yes was the response was, even have email. Didn't haggle over price paid what they asked less rebate. Then told this wasn't included in price add $1000 now. Then called and told truck is in but we never ordered the accessories. Waiting over two months for the right bug deflector. Then it comes in all scratched up. Order new one another two months. now installed. Had to go back and have window vents installed on ride home one blew off. Go in for the window vent to be installed dealership ordered wrong one. Truck was in for recalls and window vent install dropped off for whole day. Was told at three o'clock that wrong window vents ordered and they couldn't do the service recalls scheduled appointment two weeks in advance what a dealership. Have already deterred three friends from going to buy a vehicle at this dealership and will continue to do so. Still waiting on the window vent.

Took my mom's 2016 Malibu in for an oil change and inspection. The total bill was $117 which I figured $35 of that was for the inspection. After discussing it with them it turn out they charge $100 for an oil change!!! On a 4 cyl car. Shame on them. I thought I had found a good place to service my car but no way! I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and took my Silverado there for new tire pressure sensor monitors to be installed. Online I can get them for $41 but when I got my bill it was $699!! They charged $95 a sensor. Complete rip-off don't do business with them. Take the extra drive and go elsewhere.
