I was excited to find that Bertera Chevrolet in Palmer had the exact vehicle I’d been searching for with all the right specs. Unfortunately, my experience with the salesperson, Ryan, completely changed my mind about buying there. His cockiness and belittling way of speaking to me were unprofessional and off putting. I ended up purchasing my vehicle at a different dealership.

Just bought a 21 Tahoe from Bertera Chevy and the experience was excellent. Upon arrival I was introduced to Ryan Gasteyer and he handled every part of the sale with tactful professionalism and an absolute no pressure approach and guided me to the perfect car for me. I’m grateful that I chose them to purchase a car from and I’m thrilled with how smooth it went. Even an out of state registration they handled with ease! Thank you again!
