There’s always a creepy guy in the parking lot or by the door watching people. Not sure if he works there or not but if he’s not staring you down while he chains smokes a cigarette, he’s sitting in his white jeep glaring at you as you walk by. I’ve seen him almost every time I go shopping there and he makes me uncomfortable to the point that I try to avoid parking anywhere near him, but sometimes I’ll come out of the store and he’s moved his car to be parked next to mine anyways like today. Someone should look into it, seriously.

This location is ridiculous.
A family member purchased family and at the checkout within 3-5 min after the purchase, I realized it was the wrong one and I went to go ask you a change and they would not do it. However they have exchanged formula for me in the past and we didn’t even leave the store. We were still right next to the service desk where they sell the formula so I find this very ridiculous.

The Wilbraham bigY is my favorite ! You can’t go wrong with the family fish, fry, fish and chip dinner, we do that probably once a week we do the pizza shop pizza probably once a week and that has never disappointed us , big hearty slices for a reasonable price, cooked fresh… We get all of our birthday cakes from the bakery. I do all of my weekly shopping at big Y Wilbraham. I love the cleanliness & the convenience . Love the big open doors when you walk in makes you feel like you’re in a Tuscan marker, area not right on Boston Road. I enjoy all my experiences there and the staff is nice.

Third time's the charm. Bought 2 lbs of steamers they had on sale and every one was dead, when I got home 20 minutes later.
