Mechanic from Buddy's Auto Sales worked on my car, 2010 Suzuki SX4, last week. The job was a water pump replacement, belt replacement, and thermostat replacement as well. The job was done in a couple of days, and we happily picked up the car. Just to find out that the mechanic cut the ac discharge hose. No one told us that it was done. No one explains why, either. The parts for the car are not easy to find. And now, after finding and purchasing the part, which is $215, we have to wait for the shipping and putting the part as well. Very disappointing experience.

Buddy's is the best place to go. He is honest and goes above and beyond for his customers. Everyone that works there care and are there to help not take advantage of you. He has been open for many many years and that alone speaks volumes. I can't thank you enough for not only fixing my car but also driving to jump my car so I could get it there and not be stranded on the side of the road as if that wasn't enough you came and gave me a ride to pick it back up the next day. It meant so much to me. Again thank you so much.

Place is joke, bought a vehicle from them, within 3 months little things started going wrong. I, in no way thought theh would fix my vehicle for free. I proceeded to make 3 separate appointments to take care of said problems. Everytime they blew me off, when they finally took my car in they had it all day to put the window back on the track, I explained that I couldn't be without a vehicle overnight(which is why I brought It in at 8am), they tried to say they needed to keep it overnight. Long story short awful customer service, Rude, and all in all my experience with them was like pulling teeth, frustrating, and left me felling unsatisfied with them as a dealership and garage.

Good mechanics, pretty good people stay away from Charlie, he will rob you He is a useless piece of human waste. I think next time I see him. He won't walk so well, he won't talk so well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - I allowed Charlie to bring my car there to assess if he was interested in buying it from me.I am physically disabled, have been struggling to be able to walk again. I just want a fair price for my car. Now that I'm feeling better and able to take the car elsewhere for other offers, Charlie won't return it to me unless I pay them for "storage"!Please don't make the mistake of trusting this so called "Christian" business.

Bought my used car there. They gave me a good deal on it. Won't go into details. Made my car buying experience very easy. Charlie was very freindly and helped explain things I didnt understand. I reccomend checking them out if your in need of a used vehicle.

I have a Ford Escape Hybrid that needed a front brake job and a transmission fluid change for the eCVT trans. I decided to go to Buddy's based on the reviews here and I was not disappointed. Buddy and Steve did excellent work on my car, with quick turnaround - and also took the time to double check a couple of other things on the car to make sure they were OK. They gave me an accurate and very fair price estimate on the work before I dropped the car off. I would bring any of my cars to them again for service. Sincere and good listeners. They're good people and run a friendly, honest and skilled business.
