Most incompetent staff I’ve ever come across in my life. Customer service is also lost on this team. Too bad the CVS is convenient, probably the only reason they even have customers. They certainly do not go out of their way at all.

I called the pharmacy this morning at 8:15 AM and spoke with the pharmacy tech. I asked her if she could transfer a prescription for one of my clients From Springfield to her store in Palmer. I had several home visits to do this morning and was not able to get back to Springfield and my last client lives in Palmer and she is who the medications are for. I typically am not the one picking up medications but due to the holiday and the fact that she was running out I volunteered to pick them up today. The Tech said no we cannot help you. I asked her again to please help because I couldn't make it back to Springfield and my client is about to run out of this medication. She said she can't transfer the medication and I will have to go to Springfield. I asked her again to please double check if I could transfer it. She then put me on hold for 4-5 Minutes and came back and said "oh yes it will be ready after 9:30 AM" . I picked up the medications at 9:45 AM and she happened to be the one that retrieved them for me and rang it up. I asked her what the problem was and why she made it so difficult and she would not answer me. I told her that she was very unfriendly. She would not look at me and she was clearly miserable. 2 days prior I had called the Palmer CVS and spoke with a male Tech who was very nice and and he transferred these medications for me and I told him I would pick them up on Friday. The woman today kept telling me it wasn't in the system and asked who I spoke to and I don't know his name. She clearly didn't want to help me and she was extremely unhelpful initially. There was no need for all of this aggravation for me when I am just trying to help my client who was running out of medications.. It was very poor customer service and I would not recommend using this pharmacy with anyone with that attitude working there.

I called the pharmacy and wZ very rudely yelled at by the pharmacy tech. How unprofessional this lady's behavior was for a simple question. I thought we are the customers. Your pharmacist is supposed to be there for you

if i could give minus stars i would the pharmacy is slow useless and lies. .... insuranceand doctor both gave a prior auth to the pharmacy 3 weeks later they claim they never got it and other scripts sent out messages to say pick up by 2 days from now(5 days) and they say not out problem we put them back after 2 weeks and i said it hasnt been close to weeks and i get oh well not my problem we can refill it when we get to it its not our problem

Reviews Are Consistent With My Experience - Piss Poor Communication, Poor Signage distinguishing between minute Clinic & Pharmacy Vaccine's (Some What Confusing That There's Two Ways To Do it In The Very Same Facility) - CVS MGMT - Please Work on This Distinction - Or Choose TO Back One Or The Other.2ndly -- Personnel Very Drawn in to themselves & there work - No One Looked Up To See What I Was Waiting For. Not Until 20 Minutes into Waiting.3rdly -- Apparently in the 1.5 Hours Span From Scheduling My COVID-Vaccine to Arriving & Needlessly Waiting - "They Don't Have It" - ZERO COMMUNICATION - WHAT SO EVER - They are more than happy to text you, email you, when making appointments, or refilling RX's, But When Something Goes Wrong - Crickets.DO BETTER CVS MGMT

I was on the phone with the pharmacy for 25 mins trying to figure out my script that's due today. She hung up on my mom 3 times and then another lady answered and said OHHH it's you my coworker told me about you, and hung up on me

So it seems I’ve got some complaints about the pharmacist. I’ll call her Karen because of her attitude. She really don’t want to help the customer or the patient. I have an issue with my medication and it was put in the pharmacist computer. My doctor also spoke to the pharmacist in regards to the reaction issue I was having with the medication and she didn’t want to help me , she is, the assistant pharmacist didn’t even look it up on the computer , All you get the word salad from she .the other issue is this pharmacist will see a problem and not do anything for one day two days all the way up to four days if there’s an issue whether it’s insurance medication allergic call the customer the patient ASAP so they can help If the customer know what’s going on and can help correct the issue ,this pharmacist don’t wanna acknowledge it or don’t wanna to do anything ,just MoveOn nothing to see here ,So there’s a lot of truth if the CEO and upper management don’t care it trick down, this is so sad. because with the customer is seeing it. Heidi or whatever her name is with an H that was working at 5:30pm May 25 2023 answering the phones is a horrible human being and should not be allowed to talk to people. Also avoid this pharmacy at all costs, they don't care about people and will probably end up killing someone with their incompetence

I have been waiting weeks to get a prescription transferred from Walmart because of new health insurance that requires I go through the idiots at Palmer CVS...I knew there was a reason I avoided the place! Maybe a good lawsuit will get them to do their damn jobs!

Absolutely horrible pharmacy and staff at the pharmacy itself not the store. Never have prescriptions ready and a number of times given wrong prescriptions. highly recommended to not use this pharmacy.
