Very poor experience from an online order, I wouldn’t recommend… Mike was very defensive throughout the call, I even asked if he was the owner or employee and he stated he didn’t know me so he wouldn’t answer the question. If I’m a customer and you have my order up in front of you there’s no reason you can’t answer the question, that’s a red flag!!! Ordered a part that wasn’t described accurately and wanted to send it back, if the part doesn’t work because it wasn’t described accurately then the right thing to do it accept the return!! Don’t dump your inventory on a customer because business is slow!!

Ordered a part online that no one else had in-stock after hours. By the next afternooni get a text saying package is ready to ship,very impressed with the speed. Price of part was very good as well. Very pleased with my online experience with this merchant

Good experience. Store had a piece of equipment that I was having a hard time finding from others, the price was fair, and the store shipped it quickly. I recommend it to others and am likely to shop at the store again.
