I don't leave many reviews, but I have to say that my interaction with Nesco was great.
My vehicle was damaged by another driver & I needed an auto body shop to service it.
From the start I was greated by McColl & Kevin. They took time to look over the vehicle & explain to me what they would need to do & approximately how long it would take. They are a busy shop,but found time to service my vehicle within a week.
I was going through the other person's insurance for payment & Nesco made it very easy for them to deal with directly.
The job done on my vehicle was great & it's like it never happened.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest & fair body shop

I bought a brand new 2025 Ram and got rear ended at 450 miles. Nesco was recommended to me by my best friend who is just as picky as I am and won't settle for anything less than perfect. Nesco lived up to the good review so much so that I felt the need to share my experience. My truck is back to perfect and you can't tell anything ever happened!

I was referred to this shop through my insurance company’s Door-to-Door program, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
I dropped off my vehicle on July 2nd after speaking directly with the owner, Kevin, to confirm the drop-off. Despite that conversation, I received no communication or updates from the shop for four weeks. I had to call them myself just to find out what was going on.
Even more frustrating, when I reached out to the insurance appraiser to get an update, I was told that the shop had claimed no appointment was ever made—which is simply false, as I spoke personally with Kevin by telephone prior to leaving the car.
After pushing for information, I was finally told the vehicle would be ready “in another week.” On August 1st, Kevin messaged me saying the vehicle was finished, yet I still had not received any appraisal information from the shop or insurance.
The car was picked up on August 5th, and to make matters worse, there are visible flaws in the paintwork, including areas that were clearly not addressed before the final clear coat. I’ve attached two photos showing the defects, which are unacceptable for a professional repair.
Given the lack of communication, poor coordination, and subpar quality control, I cannot recommend this shop. If you’re considering using them—especially through an insurance referral—I would advise proceeding with caution or seeking an alternative.

The factory paint job on my 2007 Tacoma had deteriorated on the hood and roof. Kevin and his crew stripped off all the old paint and matched the color perfectly. McColl kept me informed on the process all along the way. Excellent people to work with.
