“Excellent customer service: went in for a digital passport photo. The cashier, Joe, was kind, attentive and ensured every customer was taken care of. He immediately came around to take the photo, and started the upload process when a line started to form. Without missing a beat, he calmly called another employee to take care of the line and stayed with me until he verified that I received the email and was able to open the image. Will definitely make this my CVS from now on.”

“Just want to say thank you to Heidi for going above and beyond today and refilling my stepsons medication right away and not making us wait any longer (we had to wait an extra day for it to be ordered) I was very grateful and my poison ivy covered stepson was also very grateful to be able to start to get some relief. She squeezed in the refill right before they left for lunch on a Friday so he could have it in time before leaving for a boyscout trip. I’m sure she had a million other things to do. The extra mile was not unnoticed, so thank you again!”

“One employee in deli while higher management sits there putting out bread. The line continues to get larger, at some point I thought he would provide "World Class customer service." I was wrong, Hawaiian Rolls were the priority. I guess making 100k isn't enough for MANAGEMENT to slice deli meats.”
