Anyone who lives in the Palmer, and surrounding communities Knows that Rocky's Ace is the place, its a catchy phrase but it also correctly reflects the traditional values that local shoppers and Do it yourselfers have known as the Truth for us for a long time.Of course we all have options, going to other big box stores or lesser known outlets for hardware, but the Value added fact of having your local Rocky's be immersed in the community and staffed with knowledgeable helpful people is my reason why I say They are my place for the "Helpful Hardware people", they mean it, and So do Ipeace outMrQ129 Trip Advisor

Called them about a part. They told me they had more than one kind so I drove 15 miles to go there just to find out they didn't have any of the parts I asked for,then they could not tell me who told me they were there. Wast of time and gas.

A young man helping me with the fax machine. Woman manager came to see why he was helping and pointed to a sign saying self service. Removed the young man and spoked down to him and he had to stay in the middle of the store looking for customers to help. Sorry young man

It's a go to place for hardware needs that is closer than the big box stores for us.I would have given them another star if ANY Worker had come up to me and asked if I needed help.I walk with a cane to keep my balance and I had to search for items on my own.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this store. The young man checking me out had some issues with the register and I ended up getting charged 2 times. He asked the manager for help and she informed him in a very condescending and belittling manner that he was not to interrupt her when she was with a customer. She then proceeded to treat me in the same manner, debating me as to whether or not i was charged twice. ( I was)I would have none of it. When I asked for her bosses name she gave me a name but no number. I went back in to get the number just in time to here her announce to anyone who would listen that she was sorry for the wait but it was because she was "getting yelled at". My attempts to complaing to the regional manager have been fruitless but I will continue to try. The amount of the refund processed was incorrect. She shorted me the tax. Normally I like this store but I am pretty sure I will never shop there again.

Always greeted as I walk in the store. Almost every encounter with a team member is prompted by them, "Can I help you find something?". I realize the prices are not always the lowest, but I love the convenience of stopping in my hometown store and shopping by putting it in my hands.
