Stating 90cents due, yet when Paul checked it said I was $1.60 short. We both agreed it should have been delivered with opportunity for recipient to have the chance to pay postage due or have it RTS. INSTEAD, birthday gift now going to be a week late. I guessed at postage, put stamps on envelope and mailed at outside box in Palmer because office was closed by time I got there”
