I got a flat tire picking up my sister at the airport. We arrived with a donut with about 90 miles left to travel home. They were very busy but were able to get me in and back on the road in no time. I could not thank them enough. I really appreciate their kindness.

Super friendly. Explained everything. I thought for sure the price would skyrocket after the description of the issues. It did not. These guys are busy because they are very good at what they do for very reasonable cost.

Went to another place for tire repair before I stopped here. I was won over by genuine friendly customer service
Without being asked, he came out to my car to see the flat tire. Since the price was the same, it was the happy, how-can-I-help-you attitude that made me a repeat customer.

Made an appointment and due to my work schedule, it was a drop off / pick up before and after hours. Every phone call was professional and clear. Friendly, knowledgeable staff makes it easy to be a for sure return customer.

Not so nice how the owner treated my husband today when he went there to purchase tires. Really disgusted with this place, my husband has spent lots of money there over the years and sent lots of people there and the owner was totally disrespectful to him today, we will never be back. Customer service apparently is not a thing here anymore.

Hidden gem in Palmer. Ron has great customer service and took exceptional care of my Gen 6 Camaro. Price was unbeatable, equipment is brand new and shop is clean. Great old school customer service that can't be found many places these days. Won't be going anywhere else.

I replaced tie rods on my truck and had steer rite do the alignment. One of the tie rods was bad. I replaced that one and they got me back in the next day for another alignment. Awesome service. I will definitely be back.
