Rural delivers (the ones in the trucks) get a determined number of hours to deliver (up to 9). If they get done earlier, they still get paid the allotted time. This results in lost and mis-delivered mail - because they want to get done early. Postmaster does not care - he is just looking forward to retirement. Customer is stuck tracking mail with neighbors or having it resent by sender - which could take months.

This post office is the prime example as to why bad things happen and people call to cancel the USA Postal Service!
They open and go through your mail, steal your property, they damage your boxes, and any interaction with the Head Post Master, or any of his personally hired employees for any complaint reasons will get you banned! Boston has so many complaints over the last 5 yrs alone just on this office!

Folks are always friendly here. I visit about once a month for a money order. They also have a drive up mail drop box I use for my Netflix dvds.

Paul at window, always nice, as are all of the clerks. Wasn't thrilled that a birthday gift I mailed out a week prior came by short of postage. Stating 90cents due, yet when Paul checked it said I was $1.60 short. We both agreed it should have been delivered with opportunity for recipient to have the chance to pay postage due or have it RTS. INSTEAD, birthday gift now going to be a week late. I guessed at postage, put stamps on envelope and mailed at outside box in Palmer because office was closed by time I got there

PO Box access limited to limited business hours. The service is fantastic or this would be one star.
