Today I needed to renew my drivers license to a Real ID. Jess was pleasant and accommodating. I personally received amazing customer service and I was not rushed. Well done AAA Peabody.

Today I needed to renew my drivers license to a Real ID. I signed up for AAA because my local RMV was fully booked. I just wanted to give a shout out to the two young ladies running the place super short staffed. They were both pleasant and accommodating to whomever needed help. I watched them help customers that weren’t even members and I watched them help customers that didn’t have appointments. I personally received amazing customer service and even though they had about 15 people waiting in the lobby for various reasons I was not rushed. Well done AAA Peabody.

2 hours under priority for gas fill up at 4 am. Was told by the driver the dispatcher told him to go slow. Idk what business yall running I cancelled my membership over that a cop got me a tow truck in 10 minutes cancel ur membership call police have them ping you a tow truck free cheap and easy

I rarely write reviews, however I'm pretty disgusted by the lack of service I encountered today at this location. I called AAA after purchasing a new car not knowing the steps of getting the insurance stamp needed as we've not had to do this with our previous vehicles. I was told I could go to the Peabody office and get it done. We travelled back an hour from where we purchased the car (this will be the 8th car we pay for insurance on between two policies in our household). When entering there was no one in line. The young woman (who was polite) at the desk greeted us and told us we were set to sit and wait to meet with the employee who handles insurance. We were the only ones there. A few minutes later the employee who handles insurance calls the young woman and tells her she can't help us today "she will be in the phone for 10 minutes and we close and will need to come back Monday". I'm a customer, who entered your establishment before closing, who was greeted and sat to wait for service. I don't care if it's going to take 20 minutes or an hour, you ensure a customer that has been told they would be provided service gets the service. This transaction would have taken an entirety of 10 minutes. She could have done this very easily, she chose not to with the expectation that I come back another day. That is unacceptable. This also puts the staff at the welcome area in a very uncomfortable position. I do plan on getting this agents name and escalating this.

This location accepts walk-ins and have horrible customer service for the walk-ins instead of the people who have an appointment there were four people behind the counter working and only one person was working I was told to come back because I was taking too long to fill out the paper after I waited 15 minutes in line for one of the four people behind the counter to help me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service q if they accept walk-ins they should be treated the same as someone who has an appointment.

Thank you Patricia! After receiving incorrect information on the phone today, Patricia was wonderful and helped my grandson with his new driver's license. She was so patient and helped to get the correct information for us. Thank you ! Cindy

Renewed my ID today, service was quick and staff were friendly and pleasant. If you’re trying to avoid the miserable creatures that work for the DMV and deal with normal humans and get treated like a customer then this is the place.

I have repeatedly asked them to stop sending me junk mail. They told me I was taken off their list, but I'm still getting junk mail. I was also lied to about my RV being covered under their standard "ANY vehicle" policy. They don't tell tow drivers that I have an RV, so I get sent through the queue multiple times until they give up trying to find me a tow, and absolutely will not reimburse for tows I had to get myself.

Slow, poorly organized, very frustrating. On the plus side, once I was (finally) seen, the woman doing license renewals was friendly and helpful. Will not be returning.

It’s incredible I walk in the door. All the ladies are lovely and welcoming and so helpful. I pay for my AAA card every year there renew my license that so convenient I’ll give them a 10 star.
