I Had a very complicated transaction where I had to return a lot of items due to sizing, and repurchase set of new items and it was a lot of work and Carlie was very helpful, patient and professional and helped me find new sizes and order some online that will be shipped free to my house and then even double checked a receipts and items to make sure everything was scanned properly and I got all the best discounts. She really went above and beyond..

Received a bottle of fierce cologne as a gift the spraying mechanism was not working. I called the store asking if they could help fix or replace. Was put on to a Manager who said they could absolutely comply. I didn’t want to make the trip and not solve the problem. I was told it couldnt be done without a receipt. It was a gift and no receipt was available. If they had told me that over the phone I would have saved the trip. They offered no alternative solution. Now I’m stuck with the unusable product. Not helpful.
