I walked in today with my 6 year old son and my 3 month old daughter. I work in a law office and will be returning to work soon freshly postpartum and wanted to make myself feel good by buying some nice new dresses for me to feel comfortable in. No one greeted us. Every single worker just sat there in conversation. Upon walking in my son tripped over something and made a loud banging sound. Purely an accident. I looked up a bit embarrassed and flustered and mouthed an apology to one of the workers who decided to stare at us and mouth something rude to her coworker about us. She continued to scowl at me and my young son from across the store. It was an old blonde woman. I have never had such an upsetting experience, to the point where I just stopped trying to shop and immediately left. I already felt out of place shopping with two small children being freshly postpartum. To that worker, thank you for single-handedly embarrassing me and making an already uncomfortable situation all the more uncomfortable. It takes absolutely nothing to be kind.

I love Ann Taylor!! This location is my go to location. The place is always neat and clean. And the ladies there are always expeceptional.

some of the most rude employees i've ever encountered in my life. I'd never been to the mall before and asked if it was an Ann Taylor politely to the woman at the register- (I realize there are three different Ann Taylor's, ie LOFT, Ann taylor and ann taylor factory), being new to the north shore mall and the sensory overload and my overall confusion because the map is hard to read in there i wanted to be sure which variation of ann taylor this specific store was. the woman behind the counter curtly said "THIS is LOFT, a completely different store from Ann Taylor." yet you're all the same but different it's really nauseating. So I responded "Ooo okay i've never been to the mall, so you know which way the Ann Taylor is?". She looked me up and down and pointed out the door "That way." oh bless you that was helpful directional advice.
