I was there today picking up an online order. We showed the associate Danny our online order and he very rudely answered back. I believe that the workers there need to be re trained about customer service. This does not make me want to visit this location again. Sales associates in Rockingham greeted me better today than the ones in Peabody.

The trans people working there need to be retrained. I’ve had experienced rudeness and poor customer service like they’re really annoyed being there or maybe just interacting with men in general. I’ve experienced it for the second time I go and purchase something twice a year. Spoke of my incidents to several of my guy friends and they have experienced the same situation where the trans people are ready to attack and are extremely defensive like relax buddy no one is judging you, we just want to purchase the items and go- Stop assuming we’ve misgendered you. Open your ears. I will never go to this location ever again. Embarrassing behaviors.

Don't order online. They keep pushing the ship date out later and later and you don't have the option to cancel. That window has closed by the time you get your first apology email. I wish I had just gone into the store. Terrible customer service. They don't even have a ship date, but you still can't cancel the order.

Scents are good for hand soaps/ dispensers, and the diffuser scents are great; but the plug in diffusers are clunky and take up too much room and often block both plugs.
