Alex truly came through tonight while shopping an instacart order. I left my items next to the can deposit to ask for a reprint of my receipt and my cart was gone! Thought someone had stolen my groceries and alex immediately looked at the surveillance and noticed it wasn't the case. Thanks đ!

I might be a little bias - but I honestly like this Big Y. I always get help finding items, help with the coupons in the app, and food appears fresh. Store is clean. Employees put in effort to keep the store looking stocked and organized. I can usually find all I need for the week in one place. Freezer section is very well kept compared to other grocery stores in the area. I just wanted to write a review because this Big Y does not deserve 3.8 score - deserves higher.

I love the Big y for the homemade soups and just the size of the market itself. It's small. The prices could be a little more competitive. I find they are a little bit expensive than other supermarkets in our area, but in the winter time you can't beat their soups.

The store was nice. What wasnât nice was when I waited in the deli line a few minutes and one of the workers asked me what I wanted. I said chicken tender sub. Then he (an older man) makes a comment to his coworker and says âanother chicken tender subâ and mutters some gibberish to me about how that coworker can make it and heâs already making one. That coworker was working on like five subs for a different customer. The worker walks away from me. I decided to just walk away after that. My question is, why did he even ask me what I wanted if he had no intention to help me? Definitely wonât be back.
