I went into this store very unhappy due to having constant horrible experiences at the Lynn Mass Boost Mobile store. I spoke with August I believe was his name at this location about issues I was have with my new phone, and he was awesome. He took the time to go over problems that I was having with my phone, and did everything he could to correct issues with my service that the Lynn location caused, even though August couldn't correct all the issues I was having, the fact he was able to fix some of the issues and my phone especially the internet seems to be running allot better. Also that the fact that August saw I was upset and took the time to do everything he could to correct what the Lynn store did was great. Even though the Lynn location is closer to where I live I'm never going there again. This location will now get my business thanks to August.

Was there laat week , what a s**t show that was ! I just wanted my account number and transfer pin number so I could switch carrier , the guy behind the counter had an atitude, not friendly at all , he said i had ro call some number , ok... so called costumer service, it took me hours to get through them , went ro the other carrier and they told my phone had to be unlocked my them(boost mobile ) , so went back to the store and the door was locked , they closed the store in the middle of the day , had to wait almost an hour till the employee got back , so, he did unlocked my phone and it took him almost 1½ hours, then had to call costumer service again for the pin numbers i needed, took me almost 2 hours for them to answer the phone , they put me on hold for that long ! It was very frustrating, one this i know for sure, I would never , ever get a phone or any type of service again ! BOOST MOBILE IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY! WORST EVER !

Went there was told I could get a phone there since I already had the sim card guy wouldn't want to sell me a phone he wanted me to start a whole new plan telling me I couldn't leave without the phone having to be active. I told him I just want the phone I can activate it myself he was so adimint me having to buy the sim wanting to charge me 30 dollars for a 5 dollar sim card. Place is a rip-off I have gone to other boost stores and never have had this problem

This place will rob you of your money. If you want an activation kit buy from Best Buy or Walmart and call boost Mobil and activate. This shop is useless and rude. Something that cost me $5 he was going to charge me $50. He repeatedly stated different prices. DON’T GO THERE. Shop is full of thieves and liars.

I got ripped off $224. Legit scammed by Samsung and Boost. Guy at Boost made mistake and I lost out over $200 because he write my email down wrong.. plus was without phone for 2 weeks and wouldn't take that off phone bill and made me buy a new case even tho I had a $424 coupon because I paid $175 AND had insurance to replace a phone but they only let me use $424 of it.... do NOT go here

Avoid store at all costs, was charged $50 for "set up fees" when the phone in question was never successfully set up.. Store clerk refused to offer any additional support.. 11/1/21 update I went to the Boost mobile store in Somerville and was able to resolve my problem for free in 5 minutes... As mentioned in original post avoid this location at all costs.

Went there for a screen protector the girl was very friendly and helpful. She try putting it on and left small air bubbles then said she couldn't get them out, so i said I'll look at it better once i got home. To my surprise the screen protector was crooked and one air bubble was actually a chip.Early next morning i tell them what happen and she calls a man who speaks to me accusing me of breaking it i got so upset that instead of trying to help me or meet me half way he insults me. Employees are very helpful but when it comes their Products being bad they all change their tune. Worst place ever. Am trying to contact the real boost mobile they should know how slimmie these people are.

Bought an $86 pair of earbuds while getting new phone activated. Four days later, cap came off left earbuds, so I brought buds back. Woman at the store got the cap back on and said she would not exchange for other buds because mine were damaged. Now I have an $86 pair of buds, with a left one that doesn't work.
