My fiancé and I are suit shopping for our wedding next month and brooks brothers was the first place we stopped. Jennifer was so incredibly helpful and kind. She really took the pressure off of us feeling awkward and let us play dress up as well as gave us some very sweet advice before we get married. She was super knowledgeable, helped style us, and asked her colleague for second opinions and they were both so great. Her daughter is also getting married soon so congratulations, Jen! ❤️

I've usually received good service in this store, but today while shopping in store, I needed to use the restroom and saw they had a door open leading to what looked like a public restroom. I started walking towards it and a staff member aggressively shooed me away. She said they no longer had a restroom available to the public since COVID, which I understand, but I think it's reasonable to assume a propped open door leading to what looks like a public restroom... is a public restroom. She essentially shamed me loudly in front of the entire store. I was so embarrassed that I left immediately. The attitude was completely unwarranted. Please close the door leading to your public restrooms if you don't want people to use them. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here anymore.

I have been a customer of Brooks Brothers for over 30 years…and the North Shore Mall store for many years. I am so very disappointed with the service and knowledge of the current sales staff in this store. I purchased shirts in a specific size, only to find out when I arrived home, that a random size was placed in my bag by the sales associate who was rushing and not pleased that I arrived too close to closing time. I had to pay Brooks Brothers $20 to ship the correct size to my home. In the future, I plan to travel to the Chestnut Hill store to shop, even though it is well over an hour from my home.

The lady who helped me was very nice and helpful, although I forget her name. She even told me not buy their hankerchief because it wasn’t worth and to go get a cheap one at macys. If you need a suit this place is great option if you can afford it.

Nice service but not a huge selection at this location. They didn't have any double breasted coats, nor vests.

Last week, I visited brooks brothers in the Northshore mall in Peabody, Ma on Saturday of December 3, 2022, and was greeted by a racist employee. I came in the store to pick an item that I had ordered online. I asked the employee behind counter if I could go into the fitting room so I could make sure it was the correct size I was looking for. She said yes and I proceeded to go into the fitting room. As I tried on the item, I heard the employee call my name and asked if everything was fine. This shocked me because as an employee you’re suppose to leave a customer at his or hers own comfort during the process of trying something out, especially in the fitting room. As I left the fitting room, I went to check some of the other items that I was interested in. While doing this I had my bag in my hand that contained the item I had ordered online and some other personal items. As I was looking around for more items to buy the employee came and asked me if she could place my bag behind the counter. I took immediate offence to this. As an African American she thought that I would steal some items within the store. She acted very unprofessional and racist towards me in these events and I will never ever come back and deal with this kind of racism.

I love the Boston location but hate the rude staff and store manager for their lack of professionalism.
