Just left this Build a Bear with my two best friends. All three of us got to return to our childhood tonight and make our own Build a Bears with Brianna and Danielle. They were absolutely wonderful and made the experience more than perfect. A memory we'll never forget. Thank you Danielle and Brianna!! From Micaela, Rupa, Henry and their new friends TumTum, Jerry and Kosmo!!!

absolutely love visiting this location!! everyone who works here goes above and beyond to create the wholesome build a bear atmosphere and experience.
i must give a special mention to meagan, who has helped me out quite a few times. she embodies the kindess and magic of her bear builder role and has never failed to make me smile.

I took both boys to Build a Bear North Shore Mall sat. It's not too expensive there are deals going on 2 for 40 . It's an interactive experience. The kids have to step on a pedal that makes the giant clear bear stuffing machine turn round n round. It honestly was so cool. After the bear or dinosaur in our case was filled the woman has kids select a heart ♥ to first hold to thier own heart before putting the heart in thier new stuffed animal. It was only like 5 bucks to upgrade to the real heart beat to add into it. One the kids selected real Dino noises but you could be there just an hour actually looking at every noise or you can record yourself . The accessories are also inexpensive giant beds for the stuffed animal and cars for them to go in. They advise the kids now go brush your dinos and give a bath it was a very interactive activity alot to it then for free you can go enjoy the kids play space at North shore mall which is in front build a bear so minimum 20 to make the bear then spend hour at playspace decent afternoon out for families on budget !

I had a great experience w my toddler. Our bear stuffer was Bethany. She was so sweet and kind. All the girls I encountered were helpful and also sweet.If you don't buy all the extra's it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. My baby got thee cutest spiderman outfit for his bear. And had fun trying the bear accessories on. I will definitely be back.

This is my favorite build a bear chain to visit, even though it’s farther from my home, it’s worth it to come here. The staff are always lovely and take the time to make the experience enjoyable for my grandchildren. They’re very inclusive to the autistic 8 year old. This time there was a new woman, who I assume is a manager. She scolded two employees right in front of my family after those employees had gone above and beyond with us. This woman also rushed us along when the children were dressing their dolls. It was very disappointing. This is not the manager I’d met before? Thanks, Lynn

I loved build-a-bear since I was a kid and this recent holiday season, I went to get a bear for my nieces. The employees there were so kind and helpful but as I was getting helped by an employee, someone, who I assume is their manager, began to berate the employee for being “slow”. I thought this was very disrespectful as they were helping me and I hope build-a-bear fires this terrible and rude manager.

All the floor workers are super nice and welcoming every time i walk in! They make it such a fun environment, BUT i have noticed ever since a new hire came who i am assuming is management, the whole vibe has changed. when i walk in i am no longer greeted and am instead hounded and feel like a forced purchase. i have noticed her giving rude or passive remarks towards her coworkers, and it truly crushes me to see such wonderful young individuals being lashed at after being so warm towards me and my family.
