Many customers report a great experience, being very happy with the pricing and shipping, and having never had a problem with purchases. However, there are also reports of very sorry service regarding shipping delays. Some orders, listed as in stock, experience multiple delays and pushed-back ship dates. The business explains that such delays are due to the publisher and ongoing issues the publisher has. The prices are usually very good. They are apparently in the middle of transitioning to a new fulfillment center in Tennessee, which is delaying many orders (should be finished in the next couple of weeks, per phone representative, as of Sep 2026).
